7 Pot Barrackpore
Trinidad and Tobago is known for growing some of the most intensely hot peppers, among them the 7 Pot Peppers variety. These chillies are so hot they can flavour and spice up 7 pots of chilli – each! The 7 Pot Barrackpore is the hottest of these kind and comes from the town of Chaguanas. This pepper is known for its sweet, fruity flavor and is believed to be the missing link between the 7 Pot and the Ghost Pepper species.
