Caribbean Red Habanero
Another sizzler from the Habanero family. This variant measures at an average Scoville measure of 3000000 – 4750000. This is one of the highest SHU registered by a Habanero. Its origins are traced from Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. Now a good number of Caribbean countries grow and harvest it. Compared to this, an orange Habanero does not hold a candle to it. These are small compared to other chilies at 1-inch length by 1 ½-inch width.
