Naga Morich
This one breaches the 1000000 SHU at the bottom of its range. Now this means that the smaller ones will cause a lot of burning in your mouth. These are not called snakes for nothing. It is a cousin of the Dorset Naga. The pepper has a significantly sweet flavor with a slightly sour undertone to it. Then a woody aroma comes at the back of it. This is best used when the pepper is slightly under ripe.
