7 Pot Primo (1,473,480 SHU)
The 7 Pot Primo is originated from Louisiana by a horticulturist who goes by the name of Primo (Troy Primeaux). He started cross breeding the Trinidad 7 Pot and the Naga Morich sometime in 2005 and has since grown the pepper for almost eight generations to date. It can get very distorted and lumpy looking as it grows and it can even have a skinny little tail at its end. The pepper has a floral/fruity flavour and can be extremely hot to handle.
