Next in line is the Naga Viper at 1,382,118 SHU, it is England’s hottest chilli pepper raised by chilli farmer Gerald Fowler of the renowned The Chilli Pepper Company with headquarters in Cumbria. Dubbed as the world’s hottest chilli in 2011 by the famous Guinness World Records, it is an unstable three time hybrid pepper created out of Trinidad Scorpion, Naga Morich, and BhutJolokia.
